The Work:

The responsibilities for this role span value creation, business operations and people development. Value creation responsibilities focus on revenue generation, service delivery, intellectual property development and market leadership. Business operations responsibilities focus on internal objectives to include annual planning, engagement financial management and reporting. People development focuses on contribution to the professional growth and career management of Accenture\xe2\x80\x99s workforce. Balance across these three areas shifts based on business need and assigned role.

Industry X Consulting professionals develop strategies and tactics that help clients improve the overall performance of their assets and equipment. This role will require deep expertise in key maintenance and reliability functions, value levers, and knowledge of clients\xe2\x80\x99 core operations. This opportunity requires an ability to develop, guide, and measure improvement programs to ensure tangible performance benefits are realized within the \xe2\x80\x9cfour-walls\xe2\x80\x9d of clients\xe2\x80\x99 manufacturing sites.

You are:

As a Delivery Lead within our IX Service, you will help shape and sell industry specific programs, including definition of the Industry X vision and strategies, redefine operating model and talent strategy, and help guide clients through their transformation journeys to deliver sustainable business value. You will act as the architect for our most transformative opportunities, enabling an end-to-end journey by bringing the best of our Accenture Industry X organization.

Responsibilities:

Lead complex transformation projects from defining the strategy, operating model, value targeting, proof of value and change management

Educate internal Accenture stakeholders about our offerings and applicability to their industry/clients

Facilitate the development of \xe2\x80\x9crequest for proposals\xe2\x80\x9d responses and contract development

Lead the development of businesses cases for further project sales as determined by the practice

Shape assets to accelerate sales and delivery

Here\xe2\x80\x99s what you need:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a field such as engineering/computer science or equivalent work experience

Minimum 10 years of consulting experience or relevant industry experience with proven track record of making significant client impact and value creation

Experience in designing and utilizing solutions in enterprise-wide organizations

Superior understanding of how to manage client relationship, deliver value, and influence senior clients to define and expand data-driven strategies into new applications and markets

Proven experience leading delivery team of greater than 10 people

Proven track record to work in agile/ scrum methods preferred

Demonstrated ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

Customer relationship management and deep skills in expectation management

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong interpersonal skills

Demonstrated ability to work in and lead teams

Ability to travel as required
