A TYPICAL DAY WILL INCLUDE:
  • Working with Plant and Production Managers ensuring 80% of workers meet standard level of “operator compliance”.
  • To maintain training matrix at all levels of operations staff, review them monthly and update Operations Leadership Team.
  • Conducting skill gap analyses for all production employees.
  • Auditing success of training efforts and process knowledge monthly
  • To create storyboards and training scenarios that replicate user experience
  • Develop and maintain training logs, materials and curriculum, audit quarterly
  • Develop training courses.
  • Develop and maintain training schedules.
  • Analyze end user skills pre and post training to recommend course and/or material improvements, ensure the method of training is successful.
  • All documentation and training efforts must be continually updated, and training requirements developed and presented to your manager
  • Measure, evaluate, and report on appropriate metrics to communicate effectiveness and impact of learning programs; identify key insights to inform future strategies and tactics.
  • Train the trainer to supervisors and team leads.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement. Encourage ideas and solutions
  • Ensure 100% PPE Compliance - Audit daily.
  • Train all current production members on safety protocols quarterly.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 3-5 Years of Manufacturing skills training experience, both in content development and delivery
  • Lean/Six Sigma Training a plus
  • A second language is a plus
