Summary

We are seeking a Quality Control Manager to join our dynamic team at Enersolv Design & Build. In this role, you will be responsible to establish and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure that construction projects meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations. Conduct inspections and audits to verify compliance with project specifications and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

Conduct inspections and testing of mechanical systems, piping, and equipment to ensure compliance with project specifications and codes. Review drawings, specifications, and QA/QC documentation. Verify installation quality and report non-conformances. Support commissioning and turnover documentation processes. Maintain detailed inspection records and ensure traceability of materials. Collaborate with construction teams to resolve quality issues efficiently. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to quality systems and field practices.

Qualifications

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an industrial QA/QC or mechanical inspection role. Journeyperson or technical diploma in a related mechanical trade preferred. Experience in plumbing or mechanical piping systems is an asset. Strong knowledge of relevant codes and standards (ASME, CSA, etc.). Excellent documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work 5x10-hour shifts in an industrial or construction environment.

Pay: $52,369.44-$111,933.54 per year
