We are currently looking for a Project Manager who will will function as a key liaison between TC Account Management Teams and Manufacturing across all ISM (In-Store Marketing) facilities. This position is responsible for the coordination of all projects through receipt of PO, planning, production, kitting and shipping. This position requires to work on-site at our Brampton location.
Responsibilities:
When your actions lead to success:
Manage Industrial in-store marketing programs for large scale projects.
Facilitate internal team briefings to receive and clarify project briefs.
Create, review and distribute production documents as required and prioritize scheduling to ensure requirements are met
Act as a liaison between Account Teams, Production, Kitting, Shipping, and Outside Suppliers, being the key contact daily for all production issues.
Facilitate and evaluate prototypes prior to production.
Provide facility-level final quality control for all owned projects prior to shipping.
Create pack-out and shipping strategies that ensure were using the most cost-effective shipping method for the client, and no damages are incurred during freight.
Support installation teams as required.
Support the Account Management Teams in managing large dollar value projects.
Ensure proper management of creative assets and physical inventory.
Maintain invoicing for all projects, including capture of all additional billable charges.
Facilitate all scheduled and ad-hoc reports required by client, including inventory, ordering, invoicing and KPIs.
Prioritize workload when faced with multiple requests and changing business dynamics.
Participate in the Continuous Improvement efforts.
Qualifications:

Post-secondary education in a related field, preferably Graphic Communications
One (1) to three (3) years of related work experience in metal, millwork and electronics as well as a print background preferred
Knowledge of in-store marketing execution and digital print process and substrates
Knowledge of inventory management systems, kitting/distribution processes & creative workflows
Strong skills in PC-based software applications, particularly Word and Excel
Superior oral and written communications skills and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple jobs simultaneously & managing prioritization of issues daily
