- Manage projects to improve operational efficiency in line with customer requirements
- Define manufacturing sequences to guarantee the smooth running of operations (methods, tools, equipment) while ensuring the optimized use of resources, while respecting quality, costs, deadlines and OHS.
- Act as a point of reference during new product introductions.
- Accompany and supervise technicians as required.
- Ensure the resolution of technical problems during production (equipment reliability, losses, rejects, stoppages, etc.).
- Define and implement continuous improvement projects to increase performance and reduce losses and risks.Your professional skills- Priority management and rigor

-At least 3 years\' experience in project management in a manufacturing environment
-BAC or DEC in mechanical or industrial engineering, or any other relevant field
-Experience in team supervision
-Knowledge of the sheet metal industry
-Knowledge of continuous improvement of industrial processes- Salary: $80k - $110k depending on experience
