Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Painter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in painting industrial equipment, ensuring high-quality finishes and adherence to safety standards. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work with various tools and equipment in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers as needed. Apply paint using spray guns, brushes, or rollers to achieve a smooth and even finish. Operate hand tools, power tools, and cranes safely and effectively during the painting process. Perform quality checks on painted surfaces to ensure compliance with specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to lean manufacturing principles. Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.
Experience
Proven experience as an industrial painter or similar role preferred. Familiarity with basic math skills for measuring and mixing paint accurately.

Pay: $32.00-$38.00 per hour
