We're a busy, fast-paced paint shop looking for experienced and motivated Industrial Painters.

Responsibilities:

Perform surface preparation, painting, and coating tasks to industry standards

Mix paints accurately and apply using appropriate techniques and tools

Clean and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance

Adhere strictly to safety procedures and quality control guidelines

Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of Industrial Painting experience

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship

Solid knowledge of painting processes and technical application skills

Physical stamina and dexterity to handle hands-on, labor-intensive tasks

Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
