Overview

We are seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and be adept in mechanical installations and maintenance. This is a road position with a service truck provided working in the aggregate industry. Some travel within Ontario required, mostly home each night.

Responsibilities

Servicing our many customers with new equipment installs. Install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and equipment. Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot electrical issues. Perform welding tasks as needed for equipment repairs. Conduct regular inspections of machinery to identify potential issues. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking maintenance activities. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with team members and other departments. Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to ensure seamless operations. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.

Experience

Proven experience in industrial maintenance or as a Millwright is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical systems Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and management.

Pay: $30.49-$43.97 per hour
