Job Description

Position: Industrial Mechanic
Location: Montreal East
Salary: $28 to $40 per hour depending on experience
Shifts: 3 shifts available, Monday to Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., Monday to Friday from 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., 5 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. usually Friday, Saturday, Sunday paid 40 hoursWe are looking for several Industrial Mechanics for our client located in the east end of Montreal. Excellent benefits + many possibilities of schedule.Hiring criteria required: - Must have a DEP in industrial mechanics
- 3 to 5 years experience in industrial mechanics;
- Ability to work in a factory environment (dusty and noisy)

Responsibilities :

- Perform preventive maintenance, repair, adjustment, alignment and maintenance of various equipment, such as Conveyor, Crusher, Shredder, Vibrating table, Hydraulic system, Press
- Diagnose mechanical anomalies, breakdowns and failures
- Check the wear of parts, repair or replace defective parts, components or systems
- Test repaired equipment to verify performance and ensure compliance
- Collaborate in the resolution of problems related to the efficiency or improvement of equipment
- Perform installations and upgrades of new machines or equipment
- Complete maintenance orders and perform the necessary follow-ups
