Propell is looking for Industrial Mechanic or HD Technician Journeypersons with the ability to travel to customer sites to provide support. This role is responsible for providing technical support, service, training and commissioning services for Propell Brand equipment both in the field and in the shop. This person plays a critical role in ensuring timely deployment of equipment, product performance and operational success for our customers. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with team members.

Field Service Support:



Travel to site as required to provide technical support to Propell products in the field Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair and service issues in field Troubleshoot, diagnose and provide technical assistance via telephone Provide ongoing customer support Provide timely and detailed reports of issues identified, repairs completed and/or corrective actions required

Production/Service Shop:



Hands on assembly and testing of equipment in the shop Identify issues and best practices to Production/Service team from Field experiences to create better processes prior to equipment release Document Processes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38.00-$41.00 per hour

Experience:

Industrial Manufacturing: 5 years (required)
Licence/Certification:

Journeyperson Certificate (preferred)
