Summary :

We are looking for an experienced

Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

to support day-to-day maintenance operations in an industrial manufacturing environment. This role focuses on mechanical troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and breakdown repairs to ensure continuous and safe production.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Diagnose equipment issues and complete emergency repairs Install, adjust, and align industrial equipment and components Read and interpret mechanical drawings, manuals, and schematics Perform basic welding, fabrication, and mechanical repairs as required Conduct routine equipment inspections and safety checks Maintain accurate maintenance and service records Follow all company safety policies and Ontario health & safety standards

Required Qualifications :

Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience

as an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills

in an industrial or manufacturing environment Experience with

conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pumps, and production machinery

Solid understanding of

hydraulics and pneumatics

Ability to work

independently with minimal supervision

Ability to read and understand

technical drawings and manuals

Must be

legally eligible to work in Canada

Preferred Skills :

Welding or fabrication experience Basic electrical troubleshooting knowledge Experience in food, automotive, packaging, or heavy manufacturing industries Forklift or lift equipment experience

Work Schedule & Conditions

Willingness to work

shifts, overtime, and weekends

if required Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in an industrial environment

Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
