What We're Looking For:
Carpenters interested in industrial framing and structural formwork (e.g., slabs, beams, and elevated setups) Experience in framing, scaffold work, or leading edge tasks is a plus but not required - training provided for motivated candidates Fall Protection Certificate preferred (PPE knowledge helpful for work at heights) Strong work ethic, attention to detail, safety mindset, and ability to thrive in fast-paced team environments Reliable, professional, and ready to start immediately. Valid work authorization required
Responsibilities:
Assist with scaffold setup and integration for formwork on multi-story projects Build and install structural forms for slabs, edges, beams, and related elements Set up walkways, platforms, and sheeting for safe and efficient work Collaborate with team members to meet project timelines and quality standards Follow safety protocols and maintain tools/equipment on site Read basic blueprints and handle materials like wood and plywood
