Requirements
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) current license in good standings with the RCDSO
Minimum of 2 Years Previous experience in a Canadian dental office is required
Proficiency in dental software systems such as Tracker is beneficial (not required)
Strong ability to work independently.
Excellent patient care skills with a focus on patient assessment and comfort.

Duties
Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health conditions.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
Ethically perform a variety of dental procedures.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care to promote long-term dental health.
Maintain accurate patient records using dental software systems (Dentrix)
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient clinic operations.
Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuing education and professional development.
Skills
Digital radiographs and clinical note taking.
Previous experience in a Canadian Dental office setting is

Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and effectively communicate treatment options.
