Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Wash interior walls, ceilings, and windows Empty trash cans and other waste containers Sweep, mop, and scrub hallways, floors, and stairs Clean and disinfect restrooms and break rooms Check and replenish inventory and supplies in designated areas Perform heavy cleansing tasks and assist with special projects Notify management of any deficiencies or repair needs Assist with snow and ice removal, grass cutting, and moving heavy furniture and equipment
Requirements:

Ability to work independently and efficiently without direct supervision Proficiency in using basic cleaning equipment and supplies Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols when working with cleaning supplies Strong attention to detail and ability to handle basic cleaning tasks effectively Time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently Ability to lift and carry objects weighing at least 50 pounds Willingness to collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues Compliance with all health and safety regulations and protocols
