In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating projects throughout their entire lifecycle
- Understanding and documenting internal client needs
- Assessing project feasibility and demonstrating added value
- Designing functional solutions, creating prototypes, scenarios, and process maps
- Analyzing and visualizing data to make concrete recommendations, based on insights and expert input
- Identifying technical and organizational challenges related to the current environment
- Participating in solution validation, testing assumptions, and ensuring they meet user needs
- Preparing documentation for meetings (agendas, minutes, presentations) and training materials for new or existing tools
- Defining performance indicators to measure implemented improvements
- Promoting a team culture focused on performance, collaboration, and excellence
- Performing other related tasks such as stakeholder training, activity planning, test case creation, system configuration, prioritizing actions, and supporting project management
What you need to land this role:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
- Over 5 years of experience in continuous improvement project management
- Deep knowledge of supply chain operations
- Ability to travel outside Canada if needed
- Excellent command of French
Other Language Requirement: English
- Level of Proficiency Required: Advanced
- Reasons for Language Requirement: Collaboration with teams in Canada and the United States
- Frequency of use: Daily (as part of various tasks)
