Your duties :

We are looking for an Industrial Engineer for a manufacturing plant specializing in the design of special machines located in Beaconsflied, France, to start immediately. Position 37.5 hours/week - Hybrid, some travel required.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

- Study internal project requirements to assess feasibility
- Set up the workshop and work areas
- Map manufacturing processes
- Design layouts and layout plans
- Assist other company departments throughout the manufacturing process
- Provide continuous improvement solutions to be implemented
- Participate in the development of production and assembly methods
- Manage resources related to project execution.
- Other related tasks

- Pedagogy and communication skills
We\'re looking for someone who\'s dynamic, organized and a good communicator. Our ideal candidate likes to design and innovate, is adaptable and can handle a heavy workload.
Your profile :

- At least 5 years\' experience in industrial engineering or production
- Experience in Autocad or other 2D drawing software
- Good oral and written English, bilingual French
- Bachelor\'s degree in industrial engineering or equivalent
- Member of the Ordre des Ing\xc3\xa9nieurs du Qu\xc3\xa9bec OIQ (an asset)
- Salary: $80k - $95k depending on experience + benefits
- Hybrid position, full insurance, RRSP, paid vacation negotiable according to experience.
