Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced

Industrial Electrician Foreman

with strong

PLC and controls knowledge

to lead electrical crews on industrial projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising field personnel, coordinating work activities, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, and supporting troubleshooting and commissioning of electrical and control systems.

This role requires a hands-on leader who is comfortable working in industrial environments and has a solid understanding of

power distribution, motor control, and PLC-based systems

Responsibilities

Supervise, mentor, and coordinate electricians and apprentices on industrial projects Plan and schedule daily work activities to meet project timelines and productivity goals Interpret electrical drawings, schematics, PLC I/O lists, and control panel layouts PLC control panels MCCs, VFDs, and motor control systems Instrumentation and field devices Assist with troubleshooting electrical and PLC control system issues Ensure work is performed in compliance with company policies, site requirements, and applicable electrical codes Enforce safety standards and lead toolbox talks and safety meetings

Requirements

Journeyman Electrician Certification Minimum

5-10 years of industrial electrical experience

Proven experience in a

foreman or lead electrician role

PLC control systems and industrial automation Motor control circuits, MCCs, and VFDs Power distribution systems Ability to read and interpret electrical and control drawings Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Commitment to safety and quality workmanship Valid driver's license and ability to work at industrial sites

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $48.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
