As a Foreman, you'll oversee and coordinate field operations, ensuring that our construction services meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. Some of your responsibilities may include:



Lead and supervise crews in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in underground and surface mining environments. Coordinate daily work plans, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timelines and quality standards are met. Inspect and troubleshoot electrical systems, transformers, circuit breakers, and mining equipment for safe and efficient operation. Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies, including lockout/tagout and hazard identification protocols. Interpret blueprints and schematics to guide installation and repair work. Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, inspections, and safety checks for reporting and compliance. Support continuous improvement initiatives and mentor apprentices or junior team members. Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members to resolve issues and keep projects on track.

Position Requirements:



Valid Saskatchewan Journeyman's License. Industrial, Utility, and Substation experience (asset). Knowledge of high-voltage electrical equipment, cable management, and medium/high-voltage terminations. Current Valid Driver's License & Clean Driver's Abstract. Proven leadership and communication skills. Ability to plan, delegate, and monitor work under minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards. Motivated self-starter with excellent organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. Team-oriented mindset with a focus on mentoring and developing crew members. Commitment to continuous learning and improvement. Physical ability to perform site inspections and assist with tasks as needed (lifting up to 50 lbs). Comfort working in varying conditions (noise, temperature, air quality) and at heights. Physical fitness test and drug and alcohol test will be required.
