Responsibilities

Operate packaging and processing equipment efficiently to meet production targets Assist with meat cutting and food processing tasks following safety and quality standards Maintain strict sanitation and cleanliness of work areas in compliance with food safety regulations Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials and finished products Support the setup, adjustment, and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment as needed Follow all safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure a safe working environment Assist in inventory management and documentation related to production activities Adhere to all food safety guidelines and company policies throughout daily operations

Skills

Experience or interest in packaging, manufacturing, or the food industry preferred Knowledge of butchery, meat cutting, or food processing techniques is a plus Strong understanding of sanitation practices within a food production environment Mechanical knowledge beneficial for equipment troubleshooting and maintenance Familiarity with food safety standards and protocols Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Good communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions Ability to work as part of a team in maintaining high-quality production standards
