Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated labourer to join our Blasting and Painting team. The ideal candidate is someone who is willing to learn new things and works well alone and with others. The Blasting & Painting Assistant will play a crucial role in setting up parts to be painted, cleaning and preparing serfaces, taping and covering surfaces, and assisting in the meeting customer requirements.

Duties

Setting up parts to be painted, cleaning and preparing serfaces, taping and covering surfaces, and assisting in the meeting customer requirements. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, performing routine inspections and helping with repairs as necessary. Follow safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding project progress and addressing any concerns.

Experience

Any experience in blasting and painting is valued. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively while meeting deadlines. Excellent customer service skills to maintain positive client relationships.
