We work with the best skilled draftsmen. laborer's, sewers, and project management personnel to create a positive work environment for our employees and clients.
TNL Manufacturing is seeking a detailed-orientated and reliable Insulation Blanket Measurer and Installer to join our growing team. This role involves measuring, ordering, and installing insulation blanket covers at various industrial project sites. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Travel to industrial project sites to take accurate measurements for insulation blanket covers. Return to site to install blankets once manufactured. Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all measurements and installations. Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and team members. Adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. Contribute to a positive and respectful workplace culture. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements:
1-3 years of previous experience in blanket measuring and installation. Strong attention to detail with excellent organization skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Friendly, professional demeanor with a willingness to learn. Reliable attendance record and ability to work extended hours as required. Proficiency in reading and interpreting isometric drawings. Basic computer skills. Valid Alberta Class 5 drivers license with a clean driving abstract. Ability to safely drive in all weather conditions. Ability to pass drug and alcohol testing. Safety certification considered assets (H2S Alive, AWP, Fall Pro, CSTS, WHMIS 2015, First Aid)
Working Conditions:
Use of site-specific personal protective equipment (PPE). * Work performed both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
