Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated

Epoxy Flooring Installer / Concrete Coatings Technician

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in

epoxy floors, polyaspartic coatings, concrete polishing, or surface prep

, but we are willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic and hands-on skills. This role involves installing

high-performance epoxy and resinous floor systems

for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients Operate grinders, shot blasters, and other concrete preparation tools Mix and apply epoxy, polyaspartic, and other coating systems to specification Perform full broadcast chip systems, metallic epoxy, and seal coat applications Ensure proper surface preparation, including grinding, crack repair, and patching Read and interpret project specifications, layouts, and blueprints Use hand tools and specialized installation equipment Assist in material handling, setup, and job site cleanup Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times

Requirements

Experience in epoxy flooring, polyaspartic coatings, concrete polishing, or decorative floor finishes preferred (will train the right candidate) Proficiency with power tools, hand tools, and surface prep equipment Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods Strong time management and attention to detail Excellent communication skills for teamwork and customer interaction Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Prior customer service or construction experience is an asset
