Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct onsite hearing tests and recommendations for hearing protection. Correspond with employer and client management to coordinate on-site appointments. Safe operation and maintenance of the mobile unit, and associated equipment. Answer and address incoming client inquiries. Handle occasional in-office appointments. Scan and enter hearing tests into WorkSafe BC's online portal. Maintain a clean, orderly, and professional work area. Prospect new and existing accounts and perform follow-up calls.
Schedule:

Part-time to full-time, 20-40 hrs/week with possible extended hours. Shifts vary based on pre-scheduled appointments. Early mornings, and some late evenings to cover client's various shift structure. Work occasional weekend tradeshows or events (approximately 5-10 per year). The ideal candidate for this position will exhibit: Industrial Audiometric Technician Certification through BCIT required. Valid BC Driver's Licence with clean driver abstract. Experience driving 20'-22' commercial box vehicle. Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, helpful persona. Thorough understanding of all products/services and ability to answer client inquiries. Enthusiastic mindset and eagerness to promote our products and services. Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and effective multi-tasking abilities. Proficient typing skills with experience using Microsoft Office products.
Salary: $30-35/ hour
