CPR or First Aid Certificate Food Safety Certificate Security and Safety: Criminal record check Child Abuse Registry Responsibilities & Tasks: The Indoor Playground Supervisor is responsible for maintaining a positive, safe, kid-friendly environment by completing day to day operations of the indoor playground and associated duties which include: \xc2\xb7 Open, close and prepare the Indoor playground space for daily visits. This includes locking/unlocking doors, cleaning equipment, and preparing the registration system. \xc2\xb7 Greeting and serving customers. \xc2\xb7 Handling cash. \xc2\xb7 Answering and booking events rooms \xc2\xb7 Manage staff and assign duties \xc2\xb7 Resolve problems that arise during daily operation \xc2\xb7 Customer satisfaction follow up \xc2\xb7 Maintain cleanliness of facility, party rooms, and washrooms during business hours. Includes sweeping, mopping, removing garbage, and sanitizing equipment. \xc2\xb7 Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff and customers. \xc2\xb7 Conduct regular visual safety inspections of indoor playground and desk areas as well as equipment. \xc2\xb7 Work effectively with customers, staff and management. Other job duties: \xc2\xb7 Light maintenance \xc2\xb7 Inspect facility common areas. Address any issues and report to management. \xc2\xb7 Attend necessary staff meetings and trainings as assigned. \xc2\xb7 Assist when needed with special projects, programs, and events. \xc2\xb7 Assist Manager with the selection, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of new team members. \xc2\xb7 Report and document employee or customer accidents to Management. \xc2\xb7 Accurately handle all register transactions including refunds, cancellations, etc. \xc2\xb7 Ensure that all customer needs are addressed, such as: answering customer inquiries, solving customer complaints, and processing customer transactions in a timely manner. Work Environment, Physical Demands and Considerations:

• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of shift.

• In case of emergency be able to respond quickly and appropriately with children\'s safety in mind.
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
• Ability to present ideas and recommendations in a concise manner.
• Ability to understand and carry out verbal and/or written instructions efficiently and effectively and to read and understand printed material.

• Work schedule hours will include days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
