In a Catholic environment that fosters collegiality and supports continuous learning, the Indigenous Student Advisor will work towards equitable outcomes for improved Indigenous student achievement in the areas of engagement, transitioning and increased graduation rates. This position is intended to target First Nations, Metis and Inuit student graduation rates, credit recovery and students that take more than 3 years to complete grade 9-12.

Pay Scale = Pay Level 7 ($42.65 - $52.44) based on experience

Education - Preference will be given to an individual holding Bachelor of Education or relevant postsecondary training. (i.e. Social Work or BA Native Studies). Have previous experience working with at-risk youth. internal / external*
