Duties



Lead and supervise the kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and support personnel, ensuring efficient team management and a positive work environment. Oversee daily

regulations and proper

procedures to guarantee a safe dining environment. Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs to optimize profitability. Train staff on proper techniques, safety protocols, and customer service standards, including

guests when necessary. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the kitchen area in compliance with health codes. Collaborate with management on operational strategies to improve overall restaurant performance.

Qualifications



Proven

supervising experience

in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment. Extensive background in

food preparation

cooking

, and

food service

operations. Strong knowledge of

restaurant management

, including staff supervision, budgeting, and inventory control. Demonstrated expertise in

, sanitation standards, and proper

procedures. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Prior experience working within the

Pay: $45,270.86-$109,299.07 per year
