Must be located in Canada with a valid work authorization to be eligible for these roles. This is a position for the Back of the House working in the Kitchen.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience with Indian cuisine.
Demonstrable expertise in a wide range of Indian dishes (Biryani's, Appetizer's, Main Course, Desserts)
Proven ability to manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu development, costing, inventory management, and quality control.
Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, adapting to the demands of a dynamic restaurant environment.

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
