Job Description
Responsible for preparing and cooking all food items by the recipe and to specification (Bread stations Tandoor,dosa grill)
Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food
Prepare, season, and cook a wide variety of meats, vegetables
Able to organize the assigned work area and efficiently put away orders
Ensure that all products are stored properly in the correct location at the appropriate levels at all times
Responsible to maintain cleanliness, sanitation at the assigned work area
determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and Maintain qualities , speed of output.
Desire and ability to work as part of a team
