We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our culinary team as a Indian Cook. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry, particularly within dietary departments, and possess a passion for culinary arts and fine dining.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines. Assist in menu planning to ensure a diverse and nutritious offering for our clientele. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout all food handling processes. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and timely meal service. Demonstrate excellent knife skills while preparing ingredients for cooking. Provide support in catering events, ensuring that all food is presented beautifully and served promptly. Engage with guests to provide exceptional service, addressing any dietary needs or preferences. Uphold quality standards in food preparation and presentation, reflecting fine dining principles.

Requirements

Proven experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly desirable. Background in menu planning, food preparation, cooking, and serving within a restaurant or culinary setting. Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential. Strong culinary experience with an emphasis on fine dining service standards. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and interaction with guests. A passion for the culinary arts and commitment to providing outstanding dining experiences.
