We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Independent Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our Franchise team across Canada through effective sales strategies and relationship management. You will also engage in identifying and engaging wholesale/retail product opportunities for our line of kids hair and head lice removal products. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales, business development, and account management, with a focus on B2B sales. This position offers the opportunity to work independently while contributing to the overall success of our organization. This is an initial 6 month contract with commissions on new sales.
Duties
Identify, attract and covert prospective franchise candidates.
Identify and engage potential franchisees through lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
Present the business model and showcase the benefits of our offerings.
Identify, attract and convert prospective retail partners for product sales.
Manage customer accounts by providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales process.
Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the company to create promotional materials and campaigns that drive sales.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
Assist with the final sales process of contract closing and disclosure.
Qualifications
Proven experience in outside sales, with a strong track record in B2B sales environments.
Familiarity with CRM software such as HubSpot or Mailchimp is preferred.
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to upsell products effectively.
Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer needs.
Experience in territory management, including direct and inside sales strategies.
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple accounts effectively.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on persuasive selling techniques.
