Our Requirements:

The world's largest premium personal training provider is looking for the perfect addition to our incredible team of health and wellness service providers at our Club Apex Selby and Ivy locations.

The Opportunity:

Deliver world-class pilates experiences that emphasize inclusivity, education, and
community-building.

Your Responsibilities:

Lead high-quality mat and/or reformer Pilates classes for
all levels in a supportive, premium environment

Design and deliver engaging sequences with attention to form, safety, and client goals Customize progressions and modifications for individual needs in small
group settings

Foster strong client relationships and contribute to our
inclusive, community-based fitness culture

Arrive at least 15 minutes early to prepare and connect with participants Represent Innovative Fitness and Club Apex values both in and out of the studio

Our Ideal Candidate:

Energetic, personable, and professional with strong communication and client engagement skills Strong communication skills (body language, vocal tone, and written and verbal) Values giving back to the community and helping others

Qualifications:

Certified Pilates Instructor (Mat and/or Reformer; STOTT,
Balanced Body, BASI, etc.)

Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience in a studio or wellness setting Knowledgeable in anatomy and movement with a focus on form, mobility, and injury prevention Valid Liability Insurance Valid First Aid / CPR certification, or willingness to obtain before starting

Compensation:

$30-$60 per class
