Job Summary

Flow Pilates + Social is opening a small satellite studio in Gravenhurst for the summer months and we are seeking a passionate and dedicated Mat Pilates Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a commitment to educating clients on the principles of Pilates. This role requires a blend of leadership and customer service skills to create an engaging and supportive environment for all participants.

Duties

Conduct Pilates classes for groups, ensuring safe and effective instruction tailored to various skill levels. Educate clients on proper form, techniques, and the benefits of Pilates exercises. Develop class plans that incorporate diverse exercises while maintaining a focus on client goals. Foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages participation and builds community among clients. Manage class schedules effectively, ensuring timely starts and finishes while accommodating client needs. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and feedback promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio space, including equipment setup and breakdown.

Experience

Previous experience as a Mat Pilates Instructor required. Certification is strongly preferred but not required. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients. Excellent time management skills to ensure classes run smoothly and efficiently.

Pay: $50.00-$70.00 per hour
