About the Opportunity

Kingsway Academy is a private high school located on campus of Western University at London Ontario, together with ICEAP, we offer high school programs and language program for 16 years.

Kingsway Academy and ICEAP Toronto campus are launching a new after-school program in Toronto, focusing on

Math enrichment, homework support, and academic skill-building

for local students (Grades 1-12).
We are looking for an experienced educator or program operator who wants to

co-create and co-manage

this project as a

business partner

, not as an employee.

If you have experience working at

Kumon, Oxford Learning, Scholars, Spirit of Math, or similar learning centres

, this could be a strong fit.

What This Role Is

revenue-sharing

What You Will Do

Co-develop and operate an after-school math program Design or adapt curriculum for different grade levels Collaborate on marketing and student recruitment Manage daily program activities and quality of instruction Lead part-time tutors or assistants (if needed) Ensure a positive learning environment and strong parent communication

You Are a Good Fit If You Have

Experience at Kumon, Oxford Learning, Scholars, Spirit of Math, or similar Strong background in teaching/tutoring Math Interest in

running

or

co-managing

a program rather than being an employee Entrepreneurial mindset, reliability, and excellent communication skills Ability to work independently and lead small teams
Job Type: Freelance

Pay: $21.63-$53.54 per hour
