About you...

Ideally, you have documented education in any of the following fields: Human Service Counselling, Personal Support Worker, Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) or Registered Behavioural Therapy (RBT) or additional human service certifications.

You have documented experience working with Complex Case level behaviours.

You possess amazing people skills and believe that all people, regardless of disability or challenge, deserve an incredible quality of life.

You have been trained in Standard Workplace First Aid & CPR.

You have been an exceptional employee in previous employment situations.

You are extremely team oriented, adaptable and coachable.

You have no issues in attaining a clean RCMP Criminal & Vulnerable Sector check.

The opportunity...

Independent Living Coaches work to provide in home care and life skill coaching to adults with a complex case disability.

Job Status: Full-Time, permanent (A 6-month probation period is in effect)

Shift: 12-hour overnight shift, 8 PM - 8 AM, on a two-week rotation. 3 shifts one week, 4 shifts the following week for 42 hours per week.

Starting Wage: $24/hr (benefits available after probationary period)

Primary work location: Apohaqui, NB
