We are a 30+ team of brokers and staff with a proven track record assisting new brokers to succeed in the industry.
Available markets: AVIVA, INTACT, OPTIMUM WEST, WAWANESA, PEMBRIDGE, MAX INSURANCE, TRAVELERS, WAWANESA, SMI(PENDING), SGI(PENDING), MUTUAL FIRE, NORDIC INSURANCE Duties: - Sell various types of insurance policies to businesses and individuals
- Develop and maintain a client base through networking, referrals, and cold calling
- Assess clients\' insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance policies
- Process policy renewals, endorsements, and claims Skills: - Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
