We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Independent Digital Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, with a focus on driving engagement and conversions across various platforms. This role requires a creative thinker who is adept at utilizing analytics to inform decision-making and optimize marketing performance.

Duties



Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives and target audience needs. Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO tools to enhance website visibility and improve search engine rankings. Create engaging content for multiple platforms, including websites, social media, and email campaigns, ensuring consistency in brand messaging. Manage social media marketing efforts, including Facebook Advertising, to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. Analyze performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Optimize conversion rates through effective landing page design and A/B testing methodologies. Collaborate with graphic design teams using Adobe Creative Suite to produce visually appealing marketing materials. Stay current with industry trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and performance marketing to ensure innovative approaches are employed.

Requirements



Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong emphasis on SEO, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and conversion optimization techniques. Proficiency in using tools such as Google Ads, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and various social media management platforms. Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress and basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL for website management. Strong skills in graphic design using Adobe Photoshop or similar software for creating compelling visual content. Excellent copywriting abilities with a focus on crafting persuasive messages tailored to specific audiences (B2B marketing experience is a plus). Experience in email marketing campaigns and marketing automation tools to effectively nurture leads through the sales funnel. Ability to analyze data effectively to inform strategic decisions and enhance overall marketing performance. Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
