We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. Duties
Provide direct support to clients in daily classroom activities, including personal care and peer interactions.
Foster positive relationships with children through effective communication and active listening.
Implement individualized care plans tailored to each child's unique needs and circumstances.
Monitor children's progress and report any changes in behavior or health to the appropriate personnel.
Collaborate with educators, family members, and other support staff to ensure comprehensive care.
Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Experience
Previous experience in a support or caregiving role is a
vital requirement
for this position.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with children from diverse backgrounds.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations with patience and empathy.
