Job Summary

What is the opportunity?

RBC is recruiting a Coordinator that will deliver on the audit and control measures for the Mortgage Specialist Compensation program ensuring adherence to compensation standards and guidelines; mitigation of risk; and verifying conformity to regulatory requirements.

What will you do?

Conduct verification for individual mortgage transactions to ensure compensation is correctly processed in accordance with process and policy. Achieve daily process volume targets while meeting quality expectations related to completeness and accuracy. Deliver an exceptional partner experience by researching and responding to compensation related queries and issues raised. Act as a team player and contribute to continuous improvement, productivity and process execution risk mitigation through idea creation and collaboration

What you need to succeed:

Experience working in a service operations environment (achieving volume targets while maintaining quality standards) Problem solving capabilities and a proven ability to simplify the complicated. Ability to adapt to process and program/policy changes. Ability to foster strong working relationships with internal and external business partners; customer service oriented. Operates efficiently within a framework of deadlines, task priorities and adjustments to work schedules in order to meet business targets. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have:

Familiarity with RBC technological platforms Understanding of Home Equity Finance products and transaction types Experience with process audit and controls
