Automotive Delivery Coordinator.

A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required for this position.

Mike Fair Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac Ltd. is a family-owned automotive dealership with over 35 years serving the Smiths Falls, Perth, and surrounding areas. We are growing and expanding our operations with a brand-new, state of the art dealership in Perth, Ontario. New equipment, air-conditioned shop and extensive, hands-on training provided. This is an exciting time for career minded self-starters to join our team!

Training (estimated to begin in August) will take place in Smiths Falls and in Perth prior to dealership opening. Reliable transportation during this period is required.

Expected compensation for this position is $19.00/hr., plus a monthly bonus based on the customer satisfaction index.

Main duties include:

Coordinate vehicle deliveries with sales consultants and customers. Conduct final vehicle inspections to ensure cleanliness and readiness. Walk customers through key vehicle features, technology and safety systems. Set up Bluetooth, navigation, apps, and in-vehicle connectivity (e.g., OnStar, Apple CarPlay / Android Auto). Assist customers with paperwork and follow-up questions during the delivery process. Maintain detailed records of each delivery and track customer satisfaction. Ensure showroom and delivery areas are clean and organized. Support the sales team as needed with customer service and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

Previous experience in automotive, customer service, or hospitality preferred. Strong English communication skills (oral, reading, writing). Great interpersonal skills. Tech-savvy and comfortable learning vehicle infotainment systems. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Positive, professional attitude and team oriented mindset. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
