Inbound Service Representative

Position Overview

As an

Inbound Service Representative

, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers -- answering calls, emails, and inquiries about roofing, siding, and exterior services. You'll help schedule appointments, provide accurate information, and ensure every customer feels valued and supported.

This role requires excellent attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a genuine interest in helping homeowners find the right solutions for their needs.

Key Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls and emails from customers in a professional and courteous manner. Schedule service appointments and inspections for roofing and exterior projects. Provide accurate information about products, services, and timelines. Record and maintain detailed notes in our CRM system. Coordinate with project managers and field teams to ensure smooth communication. Handle basic billing or estimate inquiries and route complex issues as needed. Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction.

What You Bring

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities. 1-2 years of experience in a call centre, office, or customer service environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; CRM experience is an asset. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a busy environment. A positive, solution-focused attitude.
