We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sales Specialist, based out of our Revelstoke office.

Overview



The Inbound Sales Specialist plays a key role within our Sales Team at Shade Sails Canada. They are the first point of contact for Customers and support our Clients throughout the sales process. Candidates should possess superior communication skills, both written and verbal, and be focused on timely, courteous, and empathetic customer service.

Responsibilities & Duties



Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and online chat. Maintain customer relationships, including following up on orders and addressing any issues or concerns. Identify new business opportunities by networking and researching potential customers and qualifying new leads. Support the sales team in the preparation and delivery of product demonstrations and presentations. Assist with the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives. Responding to customer inquiries quickly and efficiently. Collecting customer information for future follow-ups. Following up with potential customers regularly. Upselling services and making informed product recommendations. Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers. Explaining and demonstrating features and benefits of products and services. Staying informed about competing products and services. Closing sales and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications & Requirements



Possess an acute attention to detail, are highly organized and take ownership of your tasks and responsibilities. A conscientious and empathetic person who regularly takes initiative to provide exceptional customer service. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a high-functioning team. Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, specifically phone and email. A proven track record in Sales and/or Customer Service with 2+ years of experience. Proficient with Google Workspace, and some experience with CRM software. Basic familiarity with construction methods or a willingness to learn. Highly effective analytical and problem-solving skills. A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related experience is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
