Role Objective As a Sales Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind our sales growth, converting incoming leads into lasting partnerships and upselling our premier shredding and records management services. This role is perfect for those with a knack for understanding customer needs and crafting solutions that exceed expectations.


Key Responsibilities


Efficiently handle incoming leads, identifying client needs and articulating the value of our services. Proactively follow up on open opportunities through phone and email, ensuring no opportunity slips through the cracks. Drive upselling efforts by introducing our Office Shredding and Records Storage programs to new clients, positioning Blue-Pencil as their go-to for all document management needs. Craft and deliver compelling price quotations, agreements, and service schedules to secure business. Utilize Microsoft Teams for dynamic video and screen-sharing presentations to potential clients. Diligently record and manage client interactions and sales opportunities in our ZOHO CRM system, maintaining impeccable data integrity. Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals as set by the Director of Sales.
Requirements


A minimum of 2 years of experience in a B2B sales environment, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Exceptional communication skills and a genuine enjoyment in engaging with people. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to follow through on commitments. High levels of ownership, accountability, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. A competitive spirit paired with a strong desire to support customers and meet their needs.

Working Hours
