About the Role
We're looking for a results-driven
Inbound Sales Representative
to join our Toronto Care Team.
This hybrid role combines inbound sales, client consultation, and coordination with our clinical and operations teams.
You'll connect with qualified inbound leads -- people who have already reached out to us -- and guide them toward booking their initial consultation or starting treatment. You'll be measured by conversion rates and activity, and rewarded for results.
You'll also assist the Toronto team with light operational support related to scheduling and client onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition from first contact to first appointment.
What You'll Do
Inbound Sales
Engage inbound leads quickly by phone, text, and email using HubSpot CRM.
Conduct 15-minute discovery calls to assess needs, answer questions, and position the right program.
Handle objections confidently and move clients toward booking their consultation or program start.
Maintain and update all activity and pipeline metrics directly in HubSpot.
Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to improve lead quality and conversion flow.
Operational Support
Coordinate with the clinical and administrative team to confirm appointment details and ensure seamless client onboarding.
Send treatment documentation (e.g., faxes to physicians) after sessions.
Keep CRM data accurate and organized across locations.

Building trust quickly and confidently with clients
Maintaining high activity and follow-up rates
Demonstrating a strong understanding of Field Trip Health's programs and value proposition
Contributing to a consistent, predictable sales funnel
Who You Are
1-3 years of experience in
inbound sales
,
enrollment advising
, or
consultative inside sales
(healthcare, wellness, or education preferred)
Strong phone presence and comfort with text and email outreach
Confident, target-driven, and resilient when handling objections
Naturally empathetic, professional, and motivated by helping people take action
Skilled in managing leads and tracking performance through a CRM (HubSpot preferred)
College diploma or university degree (psychology, business, communications, or health sciences preferred)
Privacy-aware and professional when handling health information (PHIPA/HIPAA mindset)
Bilingual in English and French is an asset
Compensation & Growth
Base Salary:
$48,000-$55,000
Performance Bonuses:
Monthly bonuses tied to booked consultations and enrollments
Expected Annual Earnings:
$65,000-$80,000 based on performance
