Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced
Inbound Sales Manager
to
lead and grow our inside sales team.
In this role, you'll oversee a team of sales representatives who engage with small business owners and entrepreneurs, selling memberships to our funding database and resource platform. You'll coach, motivate, and drive performance, while ensuring every entrepreneur receives the guidance they need to succeed. We offer a competitive
$62,000 base salary plus commission.
What You'll Be Doing:
? Lead, mentor, and manage a team of inside sales representatives.
? Drive team performance, ensuring sales targets and KPIs are met or exceeded.
? Provide coaching on communication, objection handling, and consultative selling techniques.
? Develop and implement sales strategies to improve conversion, retention, and customer satisfaction.
? Monitor team performance using CRM software and generate regular reports for senior leadership.
? Collaborate with marketing and operations to align lead flow and sales strategies.
? Stay informed on Canadian funding programs, grants, and small business trends to keep the team sharp.
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of experience in
sales leadership or management
, preferably in inside sales, call center, or B2B membership-based services.
Proven track record of coaching and developing high-performing sales teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (must speak English clearly and be easily understood).
Strong understanding of sales processes, KPIs, and CRM systems.
Passion for entrepreneurship, small business, and Canadian innovation.
Ability to thrive in a hybrid environment with both remote and in-office responsibilities.
