We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide essential support to individuals in their homes. Duties

As an In Home Caregiver, your responsibilities will include:

Providing personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Assisting clients with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary. Administering medication as prescribed and monitoring health conditions. Preparing nutritious meals and assisting with meal planning based on dietary needs. Engaging clients in meaningful activities to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being. Offering companionship and emotional support to enhance the client's quality of life. Maintaining a clean and safe living environment for clients. Communicating effectively with family members and healthcare professionals regarding client needs.

Experience

The ideal candidate will possess:

Previous experience in patient care, home care, or assisted living settings is preferred. Knowledge of senior care practices, including dementia care techniques. A background in caregiving or nursing is advantageous. Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in nursing home environments is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families. A compassionate nature, patience, and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
