Duties



Coordinate and manage all aspects of import and export shipments, including scheduling, documentation, and compliance with customs regulations. Collaborate with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and pickup of goods. Prepare and verify shipping documents such as bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, and export declarations using systems like AS400 or other warehouse management systems. Track shipments using RF scanners and other tracking tools to ensure accurate delivery status updates. Oversee warehouse activities related to shipping & receiving, including load & unload operations, order picking & packing, stocking, and order fulfillment. Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to manage inventory levels, coordinate warehouse distribution tasks, and support stock replenishment processes. Ensure proper use of equipment such as pallet jacks, reach trucks, forklifts, and MRPs for efficient handling of goods within the warehouse environment. Maintain detailed records of all import/export transactions, ensuring compliance with legal standards and company policies. Assist in packaging products securely for international shipment while adhering to safety standards. Support warehouse staff in order picker activities and ensure accurate order picking & packing for e-commerce orders. Conduct basic math calculations for weights, measurements, and inventory counts as needed during operations.

Experience



Proven experience in warehouse management or logistics coordination within a fast-paced distribution environment. Hands-on experience with shipping & receiving procedures, order fulfillment processes, and inventory management systems such as AS400 or similar ERP platforms. Familiarity with warehouse equipment including forklift certification (reach truck preferred), pallet jacks, RF scanners, and basic warehouse tools. Knowledge of import/export regulations and customs documentation requirements for international trade. Experience working with MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems or similar software to coordinate stock levels and production schedules. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing multiple shipments simultaneously. Basic math skills for calculating weights, measurements, and inventory adjustments accurately. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
