Role Overview:

As an Implementation Specialist, you are the trusted data expert that will work directly with our clientaEUR(TM)s business leaders to own the planning and delivery of various onboarding tasks through a technical lens.

By buddying up with a Customer Success Manager, Implementation Specialists play a key role in building relationships with our clients as they guide them through the launch process on BrokerBay, from finalizing data review and requirements to platform setup and upkeep.

This is a data-centric role on the Implementation Team, our newest team within Customer Success. Experience working with, or a passion for, data is required for success in this role.

What YouaEUR(TM)ll Be Doing:

• Planning and tracking all onboarding activity relating to data and platform creation as you prepare the client for launch. This includes maintaining detailed notes regarding data decisions and feature logic.
• Working with and manipulating large datasets in Excel and other industry-specific tools
• Completing data verification checks upon upload into a platform and working with Engineering to solve any upload errors
• Contribute to the improvement of the overall customer experience journey by identifying areas to decrease TTV for launches and improve data manipulation and management
• Proactively identifying and managing potential risks that could impact the project based on your knowledge of our platform capabilities and existing mapping requirements.
• Owning and managing all phases of a clientaEUR(TM)s implementation with regard to data uploads, verification, edits, and configuration fixes or maintenance
• Leading data-focused sessions with the client to create a launch plan focused on accurate management and upload of data
• Working closely with our Engineering Team to research and resolve client needs, and inform best practices for client launches moving forward
• Assist in creating installation guides and training materials for team members, and host walkthroughs with clients regarding how data works in the platform
• Own the ongoing maintenance of data-related tasks within our Discrepancy Tool and additions to active client data feeds

• You are tech-savvy with strong analytical, and problem-solving skills. The ability to understand new technologies quickly is essential and youaEUR(TM)re able to easily simplify complex technical processes in communications with clients.
• You identify as a data lover and know your way around a dataset or API tools
• YouaEUR(TM)re quick to adapt and adjust to changing priorities and can cope effectively with change
• You have a demonstrated ability to listen to a customer, understand their viewpoints, and identify their needs
• YouaEUR(TM)re a critical-thinking all-star with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex situations

Preferred Experience:

- Experience working with data sets and data manipulation platforms like Excel and API tools is a must*

- Previous experience as an Implementation Manager or Specialist or Onboarding Manager

- Understanding of how field mapping and databases function
