About the role

Yapla's Professional Services team delivers platform deployment projects and website builds for nonprofits with more complex needs. Our services are built around the following areas:

Analysis and consulting Web design and development Platform configuration and training Change management and deployment support Integrations and custom development
As a Project Manager within the Professional Services team, you will play a central role in the success of client projects, from initial planning through deployment and ongoing optimization of the Yapla platform.

You will coordinate multiple projects at once, guide clients through adoption of the solution, and actively contribute to the growth of Professional Services by identifying opportunities, recommending the right solutions, and demonstrating Yapla's value.

Contributing directly to the success of nonprofits and their missions by providing tools that increase their autonomy and impact. Working in a multidisciplinary role where you draw on a range of skills: project management, SaaS configuration, training, and sales. Key responsibilities

Project management

Lead approximately 20 projects at different stages (analysis, configuration, go-live, post-deployment). Serve as the main client point of contact and coordinate the project team (design, integration, development). Ensure timelines, priorities, and deliverable quality.
Configuration & training

Configure and deploy the platform based on clients needs. Deliver training sessions and support solution adoption. Improve training tools/materials and recommend best practices.
Professional services sales

Take part in demos and in selling projects to prospective clients. Identify and recommend useful additional services that maximize client value.
Budget management

Track budgets, time invested, and project profitability. Anticipate and manage risks and scope adjustments.
Continuous improvement

Contribute to improving the platform and internal practices.

Required qualifications

Relevant university degree (project management, computer science, business/management, or equivalent). Based in the Montreal area, with in-office presence 1 day per week. Experience in a web agency environment or in SaaS implementation project management. Experience with transactional platforms/ERP systems; strong Excel skills. Full professional bilingualism in French and English, written and spoken. Excellent interpersonal skills and strong client-service mindset. Autonomous, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a growing environment.
