Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful deployment and integration of our software solutions, ensuring that clients receive exceptional support throughout the implementation process. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.

Duties

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements for software implementation. Provide technical support during the installation and configuration of software applications. Troubleshoot software issues and perform necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance. Assist in the setup of computer networking components, including VPNs, firewalls, and LAN configurations. Conduct training sessions for clients on new systems and software functionalities. Maintain documentation of implementation processes, technical specifications, and client interactions. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems. Provide ongoing support post-implementation to address any issues that may arise.

Experience

The successful candidate will have:

Proficiency in computer networking principles and desktop support practices. Experience with Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and various operating systems including macOS and Linux. Strong technical support skills with a focus on software troubleshooting and help desk operations. Familiarity with tools such as BMC Remedy, ServiceNow, Jira, SCCM, and TCP/IP protocols. Excellent communication skills for effective customer service interactions. Strong analysis skills to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions. Knowledge of DNS and TCP protocols is advantageous.
