What you'll drive

You're not here to just roll out software. You're here to ensure manufacturers succeed with our solution and see real business impact. You will:

Lead implementations that transform how manufacturers operate

Guide data migration from legacy systems to our platform using our automation toolset

Train customer teams to abandon spreadsheets and embrace digital processes

Partner with customers on change management to drive real adoption and value

Build lasting relationships that drive customer success and retention

Identify opportunities where AI and automation can solve recurring problems

Who you are

Must Haves:

Managed complex ERP or manufacturing software implementations that led to widespread customer adoption

Worked in manufacturing operations and understand MRP, inventory management, and production planning

Built deep customer relationships that turn clients into raving fans and long-term partners

Should Haves:

Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with strong opinions and competing priorities

Led change management and training initiatives and measured business outcomes

Worked with messy manufacturing data and cleaned it up

Nice to Haves:

Driven roadmap decisions by translating customer pain points into product opportunities

Technical skills in SQL, APIs, or system integrations

Interest in AI tools and automation to scale your effectiveness
